Renewing your licence
You must re-apply each time your licence expires or genuine reason changes.
Replacement licence
If your licence card is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged to a degree that renders it unsuitable, you may apply for a replacement licence.
Ammunition
You are entitled to possess ammunition if you are the holder of a licence for a firearm which takes that particular type of ammunition.
Storage, safekeeping & transport
The new firearms storage requirements will take effect with changes to firearms laws that are to commence on 4 December 2017.
